Mr. Rooter came by just a few minutes ago. He said the toilet in the guest bathroom got stopped up and overflowed. Fortunately, most of it went into the master bathtub and drained out. Some overflowed the wax ring and went through the garage ceiling. The garage ceiling is now dried up. He showed us how to check the flow of water coming from the house, so we'll be sure to do that before we call a plumber next time.
Crisis averted! :-)

Well glad it's not more major but sorry it came through the garage ceiling! How bad's the water damage in the ceiling?

Fortunately, the ceiling is OK. It's got a little damage, but nothing a little spackle and paint won't fix. I'm not even going to worry about that now. Too much else going on!
